Nearly a week have passed since the deadly events in northern Japan started. As citizens of Tokyo since last September, we have been witnesses of a dramatic story and stood to show our support in the middle of this crisis as long as we could. Earthquake!
We experienced the most powerful earthquake ever registered in Japan and hours after the main wave, it is still shaking pretty well time to time. The tsunami didn’t reach Tokyo coast but our heart is for the family and victims in northeastern part of Japan. Here in Tokyo, it was impressive but we are safe and the damages are only material.
